Make up your own piano song. Create something original, play it your way, and see who can come up with the best one.
Rules & restraints
The rulebook.
- The song needs to be 1:20–1:30 long.
- You have to make an original piece—not something that already exists or something you already came up with.
- You can only use a piano—no other instruments or singing.
- Only one person can be playing the piano—no duets or recording two takes to layer on top of one another.
- You can record wherever and however you want.
- You must pour your heart and soul into this piece (just kidding).

How the challenge works.
- Before you start: read the challenge, rules, and instructions.
- Press START: enter your email and confirm. Your timer starts immediately—no pauses or restarts.
- Watch your email: save the start and deadline messages. Check Spam and Promotions.
- Upload: when your timer ends, open Video Upload and send one piano video.
- Vote: open Voting October 11 at 12:30 PM ET and rate every video by October 13 at noon ET.
- Watch the winner: use the stream link in the voting-closed email October 13 at 12:30 PM ET.
